1 LITRE MACHINE

A completely automatic Washing, Filling and Capping Machine for small packaging of Mineral Water, Liquids, Juices etc.
The machine caters for packaging sizes of 100 ml, 250 ml, 330 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml, 2000 ml, 2500 ml.
MACHINERY BRIEF DESCRIPTION
A fully automatic plant made from SS 304 or SS 316 as desired. The Unit consists of the following parts
1. A feed conveyor 10 feet long
2. 3 Washing stations, where the bottles are washed from inside
3. 4 Filling Stations, where the bottles are filled gradually
4. A capping station
5. Outfeed Conveyor of 18 feet
6. A Shrink tunnel to allow the shrink labels to shrink.
The size of the machine without the conveyors is 1300mm X 1300mm with a height of 2000 mm
The machine speed is 24 bottles per minute for packing size of 1 litre.

1. 4 Washing stations, where the bottles are washed from inside and outside with various solutions
3. 1 Filling Stations, where the bottles are filled
4. A capping station
5. Outfeed Conveyor of 6 feet
6. A Shrink tunnel to allow the shrink labels to shrink.
The size of the machine without the conveyors is 1300mm X 1800mm with a height of 2000 mm
The machine speed is 60 to 120 bottles an hour for packing size of 5 gallons
